Right of Withdrawal

Customers located outside these jurisdictions may not be entitled to the same withdrawal rights under local law.
2. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

5. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs where applicable, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
6. Returning Goods
Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period expires.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.
7. Condition of Returned Goods
Customers are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
