Returns

We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there is any issue, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at info@posters-4u.com and include clear photos of the damage or defect.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Print-on-Demand Products

All Posters-4U products are print-on-demand, meaning they are produced individually after an order is placed.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or design

  • Price concerns

  • Delayed delivery not caused by damage

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.

As all our posters are printed on demand specifically for each order, this right is excluded.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for confirmed damaged or defective items.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
